Hi ,I applied my wife file on Feb 2018 ,they recieved the that file on march13,2018 ..then I got the file no on may then on the same time I got the pc nd addiational documents..nd on sep i received medical req nd they received on on end of sep ...now when I check my wife status I showing me in jan6 2019 ...we started processing ur application on jan 2019...bt my wife is out of status...nd I want to make sure wt kind of processing application they are working.nd even I cant received any email..its inside Canada

Contact the VO sometimes they batch update the website and the date could be wrong.
