One Application and adding your baby as dependent on the Applicants application but you have to pay the fees accordingly for wife n kid ....Check the website for the correct fee payment.....

also if you know what the income requirements are for my case, i completed first year university but took this 2012-2013 year off but i am going back in september 2013
thanks for your help

For spousal sponsorship, the Low Income Cut-Off (LICO) is not applicable. All you have to do is to show that the two of you have the skills and/or experience to take care of yourselves.

is that valid as well since we have a baby?

Are you a Canadian citizen, and want to sponsor your wife? If so, the baby is probably already a Canadian and does not have to be sponsored.
If you are a PR, you will have to sponsor both.
In both cases, you do not need to meet the LICO.

thanks for your help

Hi,
I am about to start the sponsorship process for my spouse and child. Do I need to meet the income requirements outlined in LICO table???

Short form, no. You will need to show some evidence of ability to support but not the formal LICO requirements, they apply in more specific different cases.

Are you citizen / PR , in / out of Canada? Your spouse is currently abroad?

I am on PR and inside Canada. My spouse and son are currently residing outside Canada.
