I'm currently in the process on filling out all the forms for my wife's Spousal Visa, and I was wondering if you giys might be able to help me on.
My wife was previously married, and has all her divorce papers. The divorce papers has 4 dates
1. Date of notice for Divorce
2. Date of failure of conciliation
3. Date of effectiveness of divorce
4. Entry Date
5. Issue Date
What is the date I should put on question 14 which is asking "From" & "To" on form IMM 0008
What dates should I should put on question 3 which is asking "From", "To" & "Date of divorce"
