I just want to ask if its possible that my Aunt(sister of my mom) can sponsor me, is it still counted as Family Sponsorship? she's a permanent resident in Canada already even her son and daughter. thanks in advance.

No she can’t sponsor you. If she has children, then no. You must immigrate on your own merits.

No. You need to be either married or common law (i.e. have lived together continuously for at least one year).
