Hello dear friends.
My family and I were granted permanent resident status in February. We are living in Canada , Toronto. The eldest son wants to sponsor a woman with a child from Kazakhstan. They are not married yet. Please tell me how to start the sponsorship process?

It's not possible for him to sponsor her.

In order to sponsor her, they must either be married or they must be common law (meaning they have lived together continuously for at least one full year).

But if OP's oldest son was common law partner with the woman he wants to sponsor, and he didn't declare it and was included in OP's application as a dependent, then it's mis-representation.

I think the only option is for the son to go back to Kazakhstan to get married. Don't know how OP got their PR. So I am not sure if there is any travel restriction.
