Hello there .i have a question
I married my spouse couple month ago and we already applied for his PR.
I just got approved for ODSP in Ontario.i am wondering if we can received the income as couple or I should get it as single person .im not sure if this will effect his proses to get his Pr. He already have work permit and working fulltime

ODSP is for the individual. You can't claim a disability benefit as a pair.
If you are sponsoring your husband for spousal application, you need to verify that ODSP does not count as gov't benefits, otherwise you could be refused as a sponsor.

You need to notify ODSP that you are married. You will also have to update your sponsorship application to indicate that you are now on ODSP. ODSP isn't considered a government benefit but it can make it challenging to sponsor a spouse.
