Sponsorship route

Hi,

Kindly if someone can advise me regarding the spousal sponsorship application.
My spouse is a Canadian permanent resident and the marriage was in Romania.
Now I am in Canada with a visit visa.
What is the best option for submitting the sponsorship application? Inland or Outland?

Of course it's a personal decision. Will remaining in Canada for the WHOLE duration of the application process be any problem for you? No going home, no emergencies, no nothing. In that case, I suggest "inland".
