Hi guys,
If I dont meet the spousal sponsorship requirements, how long does it usually take CIC to inform me of the application rejection?

After everyone warned you not to sponsor your spouse until you met your RO did you still do it? The issue will not be the refusal it will be that CIC will notice you haven't met your RO and ask you for proof that you have been in Canada for the required time. When you can't do it they will start the process of revoking your PR.

I would expect that it will take a few months for them to assess your status as a sponsor and refuse the application. IRCC has a tendency to ensure they have all the facts before they refuse an application. As noted, you should probably be preparing for a residency review of your own PR if the application is refused and the implications that will have on your ability to sponsor your spouse and your own Status in Canada.

I know but I consulted many lawyers. They said since I don't want to renew the PR, the officer will not report you. They said I am not reported even if I get to Canada six months before my card expires if I plan and prove to stay. My card expiry date is 2021. But I landed in 2014. I am coming to Canada next month.

Very confused have you sponsored your spouse? You couldn't sponsor without being in Canada. Are you talking about your own status. Yes if you enter without being reported and then wait until you meet your RO you can then renew your PR card but you can't have any contact with IRCC when you are no compliant with your RO.

No i haven't sponsored my wife yet. I plan to do it once in Canada. The point is since my PR expires in 2021, i will have no problem in terms of meeting the RO so I can sponsor my wife ( as some specialists said). They even said I will be again safe if I enter Canada even 6 month before my PR card expiry date.

Your posts are extremely confusing. You cannot sponsor your spouse while living outside of Canada. As a PR, you can only sponsor your spouse while you are living full time in Canada. So your first step if you want to sponsor your spouse would be to move back to Canada. Then you can sponsor your wife provided you meet the residency requirement. While the sponsorship application is being processed, you must remain in Canada. You can take a few short (2-3 week) trips outside of Canada - however you must spend most of your time in Canada or the application will be refused.

You seem to be getting confused. The date on your PR card is irrelevant. A PR card is travel document. You need to look at your landing date and spend 730 days within Canada in the first 5 years. If you don't meet the requirement but manage to get into the country you can only sponsor your wife when you have stayed in Canada for 730 days within a 5 year period.
