sponsorship question

I want to sponsor my parents. I have a borther who is dependant on my parents and he is 20 years old. He is studying at the university
to get a bachelors degree. If I apply to sponsor my parents and my brother it will take sometime to check my financial elligibilities. My first question is how long does this process take? And my second question is the age of my brother is calculated at the the start of process or after my financial elligibilities are approved? And my third question is if in the middle of application my brother finishes his education, he will be out of the application or remains in the file?

Your brother if he stays single can be classified as a dependant child until age 22 and after that as long as he stays in school. Sponsorship application according to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/canada/process-in.asp#sponsorship is supposed to take 25 months.
