How did everyone submit their photos? Should I submit them loose with writing on the back or should I glue them to card stock paper and put labels underneath? I saw a few people mention microsoft word tables but I don't have Word on my laptop or all of the photos on my laptop either and have already printed a bunch. What is the best option/ is there any other options? Thanks!

I sent mine as individual photos with info on the back IE\ Date , names of people and occasion. Some people print them on 1 page with captions 4 to a page. I have also seen some that put sticking notes on the front of each one. don't think that is a good idea though as those notes could be lost. I am in the process of an appeal so I received my application back from CIC and the pictures were all photo copied with the explanation on the back of the photos photo copied so I gather that is what they do when they rearrange the package for processing.

We printed them on A4 pages, and underneath each pic we wrote the caption (where it was taken, when and who we were with).

I sent mine in bundles. We had 6 visits in total so I had 6 bundles with about 5-6 pictures in each one. I wrote date, place who was in pic etc on back of each one then put a sticky note and elastic on each bundle stating visit 1, visit 2...., I had a separate one with about 10 wedding pics as it was just the 2 of us.
