Hello everyone, first of all i wanna thank to those that read my message and let me some comments and help, the matter its the following one.

I was in Canada last 2007 as a refugee for reassons, thanks God i coud withdrew my case and i went out form Canada under what the rules ask. When i was there i met my boyfriend whon is living in montreal, he is quebecois, well, the relationship has advanced and we wanna be together but we dont know how could we do because during this time i have been researching about the skilles worker immigration program and i a elegible for Quebec Province, i also contacted an immigration expert and he told me that in teh first place im ok with Canada bcoz qhen i was there and i withdrew i didnt do anyting opposite to the rules, second he told me that i could go into an skilled worker process, hen i asked him if was possible to get marry with my byfriend he told me that its possible but he dont recommend me that, he told that the process takes more than a year almost 2 and its subjectif i mean it deppends on the officer criteria and the other the skilled worker one it is obective, it deppends on your score etc etc. I wanna ask you people what you think i should do or wich path i should take, i want another opinion because someway it was his way also to sell me teh most expensive sevices they have that its a skilled worer visa process, so thats why im here a little bit scared bcoz i feel someway i coudl never be with my boyfriend, so could you help me? what should i do in case i get married? can he comes to Mexico to marry me?? what do we need to prove? its that expensive? how long would it take?? have somebody going trhough a process liek this? what do you think it sbetter? to apply as an skilled worker or got married? i would appreciate a lot your help to make this clear tome,i really wanna do th things as the best as i can, we ae together in this and i just need to decide which path to choose but im a littl bit scared that it couldnt work and dont be with him ever!

Thanks so much for your guidance and help.

Ammeg...it's not a case of either, or. You don't get married to better your chances of getting the immigrant status, that's mis-representation.

If you qualify under the FSW programme, then apply that route.

If your relationship with your boyfriend has reached the stage of getting married, then when you get married, he can apply to sponsor you. If your relationship has not progressed to marriage do not get married just to migrate under the spousal sponsorship rules!
