My brother applied for spouse sponsorship in August. They asked for the passport size photos again because they didn't fit the criteria. Now it's been more than 3 months that we sent the photos again and havent heard back from immigration office. Meanwhile I keep checking the online status and it shows decision made on Sponsor Application side. My question is did they send the letter in email of "eligible for sponsorship" and somehow we lost it? Is there any way we could get that letter if they sent so we could submit the CSQ. We called Missisuaga immigration office but that wasnt much help.
