Sponsorship ineligible but Family PR process continues

Hello all,
I really need a information badly.I got invitation letter unfortunately last year my income was little less(including co signer).I have a concern about PR application. There is written if we refuse you as sponsor and you want us keep processing your Family’s PR application then there will no refund and no guarantee that your family will approved. My question is why they have this option is there ever they have approved family PR application without eligible family sponsor?is there any chance they will approved family’s PR application after you apply even though sponsor is ineligible?any kind of idea or information will much appreciated.Thanks

Who are you sponsoring? If for PGP, your application is refused if you don’t meet LICO for the number of people in your family. You have to decide whether to apply and pay, and maybe they will approve it (not meeting LICO by a hundred dollars). It is your choice and some people want to take the chance. If you don’t meet LICO, application should be refused but some want to take the chance. It is your choice whether you want to fight IRCC over the long term over a couple of hundred dollars.

This option is there in case you want to try to appeal the refusal decision. Your application will still be refused if you select this option and you don't meet the income requirements.
