Sponsorship from my Aunt

Hi,

My aunt (and her son) is a Canadian citizen. I am from the UK and currently working out how I can stay in Canada to live. She no longer lives in Canada (has moved to the UK), but can she sponsor me since she has a Canadian passport?

No. ( you are not an immediate family member and she has a son.)

And even if she could, she would have to promise to return to Canada permanently. It's a condition of sponsorship in the Family Class.
