SPONSORSHIP FROM A MATERNAL UNCLE

Hello Guys

I will be applying for Study Permit from India, I will try for an education loan but I dont think I can get it for more than 15000 CAD.
So I have an uncle (My mom's brother) who resides in USA and he is going to sponsor me, he is willing to show the money in his account.

In such case are there any chances for a rejection?

it doesnt matter how much money in his bank account.

you need to show money in your account.
if he can wire some money before that would be helpful and his supporting letter that he would support you financially (ex: will wire specific amount per month/year/semester etc)

Thank you for your response.

Even if I request him to wire the money, in that case I wouldn't be able to show a 4 month bank statement.

Is it okay if my father or spouse provides the sponsorship letter? If they do, so they need to show their bank statements as well? Also does it work to show the first year living expenses in my account and next year living expenses to be sponsored by family members?

Yes it is possible to do that.
They need to show bank statements, and an affidavit.
