Hello, i am a bit confused with this form in no. 5 and 6
So this is the first time im going to sponsor anyone. And now im sponsoring my husband, which means i have not signed any previous undertakings before.
Does this mean i need to fill out only 5.a or 6.a and also what details do i need to provide since they ask to provide detail on the back of the page.

Can anyone please help me out?

If you never had any previous undertakings, and you don't have dependants such as children, then the total number should be 2, including yourself
4. Yourself 1

5 a) Current undertaking
number of persons included in box#3 1

b) Previous undertaking
i) 0
ii) 0
iii) 0
iv) 0
6. Persons not included in 5. above if applicable
Since you already included your husband in 5. a), don't need to add him again in this section.

7. Add all the persons, total should be 2


On the next page, write N/A or Not Applicable in all the boxes for i,ii,iii,iv. Make sure you don't leave anything blank.
