Sponsorship evaluation - do I include wife and child who are Canadian citizens?

We are Canadian citizens sponsoring our US-born child for PR status (the father is sponsoring). In the Sponsorship evaluation form, question 6, A and B, do we include the wife and other son, if they are already Canadian citizens?
