Sponsorship Assessment Time

Hi,

In recent days; does anybody knows how long it takes for sponsorship assessment for sponsoring spouse from outside Canada.

It has been more than 40 days since they received the application. There are two days one is the day they received the application and the other is the day they started processing. According to website it says 36 days. 36 days from which date please?

day they receive it. 36 is an average by the way. some cases may take 60 days.
