Sponsorship application question??

Hello, i have completed FINALLY everything now I just want to make sure, i dont need a representativ or neither a comon law union form so do i send them in with the application anyway? and just put not applicable or just not send them at all, I dont want them to think that i forgot a form,


what should i do?

help plz thanks to all ;D

Nope, you don't need to send either of them at all. Unless of course, you are in a common-law relationship .

If you're sending an overseas sponsorship application (and the applicant is not in Canada), some people fill in the designated representative form, with the sponsor listed as the applicant's representative. That gives the sponsor certain rights to access file information directly on behalf of the applicant, that they wouldn't otherwise have, and can sometimes prove useful if there are any issues with the application. For example, the sponsor could order the applicant's CAIPS notes without needing additional permission from the applicant.

That's completely optional though.
