Sponsorship application fro parents submitted in May

Hi, the application to sponsor my parents was delivered to Mississauga office on May 13th and I still have not received an acknowledgment letter from the office. I called them up today and was told that they are sending the letters for the applications submitted on May 26th. The customer service rep said he would send a message to the office requesting the letter to be sent to me.
Has anybody been in a similar situation? Is it something I should be worried about?

No wonder!. Parents sponsorship and PR processing does not have any priority. You have to wait and wait!!!.
