Hi, I have applied for sponsorship for my husband he lives in Dubai so we asked them to process his application in Abu dhabi a year ago we got an email and was asked to sent his passport for the visa stamp about a month ago he is still waiting for his passport and while he is waiting he got an email yesterday from India for his medical re-assessment and they asked him to submit his results in India. sadly his visa expires next month and he doesn't have much time.
Can somebody tell me if this is usual for them to ask for medical-reassessment outside of our processing zone or is it a mistake. I am wondering why we need to send our results to India since only Mississauga or Abu Dhabi should be the one responsible for our case. also, why they need a medical re-assessment anyways if they are ready to give a visa?
