Results for speaking truth!!
I applied for my wife sponsorship and after 6 months left Canada. Now we are living in South Africa, We have resident visa stamped on our passport. CHC has asked for Re imm forms, PCC and copies of my passport, proof of in income and residence in Canada.
If I will hide this, they will put me in more trouble.
What will happen if i tell them truth tell them what they will do ?
We do have plan to come back after her approval but to get this approval we have to hide a lot and if get caught results are denial ???

If you are a PR rather than a citizen, then once they determine that you are not in Canada, your application is going to be refused.

Agreed. As a PR, you must reside in Canada in order to sponsor your spouse. If you are not residing in Canada, they will cancel your application and you must go back to Canada and apply again.
