Can you advise me the procedure of family sponsorship and kind of sponsorships and financial amounts to make these processes and the minimum time for that.
Furthermore required to sponsor refugee family members.

Family sponsorship usually apply to 2 catagories:
1) Spouse/common law partner + dependents (children under 22 years old)
- application can be done any time
- no specific amount of income required but sponsor have to show proof to be able to support the applicants.
2) Parents and Grandparents sponsorship
- a lottery system that's usually open for interest to apply once a year (however 2021 wasn't, applicants were drawn from the 2020 pool instead)
- 3 years of previous income (with NOA) required with a minimum amount calculated according to family size including the applicants. It's listed when the PGP program is opened.
And these have nothing to do with refugee. (plus catagory 1 is what family memebers are generally defined).
Outside of that there are other type of family sponsorship (in some pretty exceptional cases) but I agree with what
scylla suggested.
You are asking your question in the wrong section of the forum. Unless you are trying to sponsor your own kids under 22 years old or your wife/husband.
