Hi, I received an email stating that I needed to pay for right of permanent Residence Fee for my sponsored wife, I don't remember having to pay this at the time I completed the application, does this mean that she is approved and are now just waiting for this payment or does this mean our application was incomplete and it will take months longer to review and make a decision?
