Hello,

We are at the end of the process of sponsoring my US born child. According to the email with subject "Ready for Visa", I was asked to submit
1) photocopy of passport
2) photos
3) prepaid envelop without address

Yesterday I received an email stating the photos were not accepted and new photos were required. The email also states I have to send "two prepaid xpresspost envolopes, one self-addressed and one addressed to our office".

I am confused as to whether I need to send 2 new envelops now, or one more in addition to the one already sent. I have not been able to reach 888 244 2100 since morning, and I am on hold for the last 1 hour through their outside-Canada line.

If anyone were in this situation before, please let me know how you handled it.

Thanks!

the envelope addressed to the visa office is to be used to respond to the request to send the pictures and requested documents to the visa office. this is how they prefer to receive the documents.
the self stamped/addressed envelope is put in the package you send to them so they can send you back the child's PR approval letter.
