Sponsoring spouse

Hi,
I am a Canadian PR and my wife is in pakistan. I have the following questions:

1) We done our nikkah ceremony and my wife still stays at her parents home b/c we planned to do "rukhsati" after she gets PR visa. While filling sponsorship forms do she need to write her parent's home address or my home address?

2) Do we need to clearify in forms that only nikkah has been done but bride still stays with her parents?

3) She is applying for new passport and new NIC with new name so do she need to write my home address in there or her parent's home address ?

If she is living with her parent's then all of the addresses for her, should be stated as her parent's addresses.
