Sponsoring Spouse While on Open Work Permit from Quebec

I live in Montreal, Quebec and I am currently on open work permit and have Temporary resident visa also. I am looking forward to sponsor my spouse. She is currently in India.

Could anyone provide me with assistance over this. Which visa she should apply for.
