sponsoring spouse from Phililppines

Hi everyone,
My husband and I just got married.. and now we are planning to start process our papers, he want to get me and live with him to Canada.. But, we need more information how to start our papers.. I heard that it is faster if we process our papers here in the Philippines where i came from. Can he apply sponsorship online? because he is Canada now..

or anything that we need to do.. i am hoping that we can get some advice for you guys..
