1) as per plan she will get marry in next month what is her status for PR?

Getting married after having gained PR will not change her status for her PR in any way.

2) How she sponser her spouse? is it from Pakistan or she required to come Canada?

She must be residing in Canada in order to sponsor her spouse. She needs to fill out some forms stating her income. Her spouse will need to fill out some forms for his background info and he will have to get his medicals.

3) is any problem for us/her to sponser spouse?

You can not sponsor her spouse. She must do it herself. The most common reason to be denied is that immigration does not believe that the relationship is genuine but when it's Pakistan, it is also a problem that the application can take up to 2 years.

4) is she required to live in canada during sponser finalization period?

Yes, as a PR sponsor, she must be living in Canada. If she wants to visit her husband, she should not leave for more than 2-3 weeks at a time. If immigration finds out that she has left Canada and believe that she is no longer living in Canada, they will cancel the application.

Thanks leon..

There is no fixed income requirement to sponsor a spouse but it is better if she at least has a job when she applies.

Another question,
While she is in PK after marrige for few months is she informed CIC , any other agencies or requir any documentation for her change of status (single to married)?

I recently received back our passport with visas and PR Documents and last date for landing is 26th June,2014.
My understanding about PR Reqirement is that to keep it valid we must spend two years in Canada within five years of our landing.. Based on this, Will we be allowed to inter Canada if we choose to be there just few months before completing five years outside canada.

Note that the rule is that you must live in Canada for two years out of every five years. This means that you can spent a total of three years outside of Canada (not five).

As long as your PR cards are valid, you will be allowed to enter Canada. However you may be reported for failing to meet the residency obligation. If so, you will have to appear in front of a judge to argue why you should be allowed to retain your PR status even though you have failed to meet the residency obligation. If you want to keep your PR status, make sure you live in Canada for two years out of every five years in Canada.

Good morning,
I would like to know if there are any restrictions to a sponsored spouse? Will she be able to work, without problems? etc
Thanks
