sponsoring spouse application

Hello there,
I am apermanent resident living in Canada ,and I sent my spousal application form in novemver ,5,2018. How ever I did not hear any thing about the status of my application they didnot return it either.BTW I sent it to Nouva Scotia CPC as my spouse is living out side Canada based on on the document checklist adress.Is it the right office to process the application (sponsoring -spouse application living out side Canada).
any information is highly appreciated.
