Hello all!

I am a Canadian citizen and sponsoring my spouse from inside Canada. My spouse is a Serbian citizen. Our application was submitted Nov 2016. We recently got communication from immigration doubting us living together since the application is made.
My husband and I of course live together and even had a baby girl in 2/2017. As proof we have submitted his driver's licence with our address, water bills with both our names with our address, my husband's bank statement with our address, a joint savings account (albeit with no activity on it as we were putting money into our child's RESP) with our address on it, and insurance papers with both names and our address on it. As per immigration, this is not enough and they have doubts.
So, we are currently in the process of obtaining letters from friends/family and others to prove they know us together and they know will live together. We are also going through my credit cards to prove that some were joint transactions (my husband has a temporary SIN and could not get a "real" credit card - he could have gotten the one where you put money down first but we naively did not see the sense in doing that at that time). So, essentially we are both using my credit cards so all transactions are under my name.
We are also going to send pictures to prove that each and every month, we have lived together and have been taking care of our daughter together.
I would appreciate any further advice as we just do not know what else we could do to prove cohabitation. Thanks in advance.

Last month I also got the same situation, they asked for the prove of cohabitation, this is make sense because when we submitted our application, we wrote I stayed until my visa run out, so they sent the letter of fairness to asked the prove that I have been staying together with my husband.

So, we submitted:
1. my bank account that has the address here
2. stuffs that I bought from amazon / ebay with package under my name with the address here
3. letter from my US friend with my name and address here since last year.
4. letter from my in law that for me and my husband with same address
5. letter of explanation, why I don't have lease together, bills, driving license and so on
6. our pictures together time to time
7. my social media posting, I simply capture every status I had that I wrote since last year I was here with my husband

and 2 weeks later, they sent me the letter asking for my fingerprint and stated that I passed the eligibility :)
so, I think you are good :) you even have the stronger proof than I have
just when submitted to them ; make it with 1 PDF less than 3 MB tho
