Sponsoring spouse and open work permit

Hi,

My husband is going to sponsor me to get my PR and I'm going to apply for an open work permit as well to be able to work while ;y application is processed.

Do you know what is the faster way to get the work permit :
- sending it at the same time as my PR application via mail
- or applying for the open work permit online once I have my AOR
