Unless you yourself are considered a lonely Canadian - that is no living spouse, living parents and living children, then there is no option to do that.
There is no immigration stream for siblings.

Meaning No way.or can one try and if so how?
Unless you meet those specific requirements, there is no way to sponsor a sibling. If you do meet the requirements, then you can only sponsor one sibling.

per sibling ?as I have one in Canada
It's not clear what you are staying. Are you saying that you already have a sibling in Canada?

Do you have a spouse or do you have children?

Sounds like Kisse is from UK and he/she has a sibling who is a Canadian citizen.

Without knowing that sibling's condition, it's hard to tell if he/she can sponsor Kisse or not.

From: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/family-sponsorship/other-relatives/who-you-can-sponsor.html

Option 2: other relative
You may sponsor one relative, related by blood or adoption, of any age if you meet all of the conditions, including:

  • you don't have a living relative you could sponsor instead, such as a:
    • spouse
    • common-law partner
    • conjugal partner
    • son or daughter
    • parent
    • grandparent
    • brother or sister
    • uncle or aunt
    • nephew or niece
  • you don’t have any of the above-named relatives who is:
    • a Canadian citizen
    • a permanent resident
    • registered Indian under the Indian Act
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In order to sponsor one sibling (not multiple as that's not possible), the sponsor must not have any relatives in Canada who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents or registered Indians and the sponsor must also not have a spouse, common law or conjugal partner, children, parents or grandparents alive somewhere in the world as they would take priority sponsorship wise.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, then the sponsor could sponsor one sibling under the lonely Canadian rule.

Otherwise, the sibling(s) must find a way to immigrate on their own.

So if Sibling Sponsorship is limited to ONE only with the above limitation
Is there a Way for Single Retired Self Supportive individuals to come to Canada and if so what's the route?

Yes - sibling sponsorship is limited to one. To sponsor one sibling, the sibling who is a Canadian citizen/PR must be single (no spouse or common law partner) and cannot have children.

No - there is no way for single retired individuals to immigrate to Canada. Canada has no retiree immigration program. All you can do is visit as tourists temporarily.
