Sponsoring relatives to become permanent residents.

Im single and no relatives in Canada.
Been in Canada for 1 year with a full time job- can I sponsor a relative such as my widowed mother to become permanent resident?

I know there’s anothet path such as parent and grandparent however im not yet qualified since I need 3 years tax return

You can bring your mother on super visa. You are not yet eligible to sponsor you mom yet since you do not have 3 tax returns.
