Sponsoring parents - Questions on documents sent

I have sent the application for my sponsorship for my parents, but I realized that I may have provide not sufficient documents:

1) Birth Certificate. As only a copy but not the original is reuqired, I only submitted the copy of the certificate as well as the copy of the translation. The copy of the translation does not appear to be certified (the stamp seal did not show) while it actually is certified. Should I resend the orignal one?

2) Option C of the notice of assessment. Intead of Option C, I sent the original notice of assessment from CRA. Will that serve for the same purpose or should I resend an actual option C?

3) As my application package have been submitted a few months ago, if I send the documents above tp assist now, will the assessing process be delayed?

1. You are only supposed to send a photocopy. Now, if the photocopy looks like a photocopy of an uncertified copy even if it's not, it's another matter entirely. I honestly don't know what the best course of action is there, but I do know they expect nothing but a photocopy.

2. It must be an Option C. The notice of assessment does not contain all the required information, so you will be required to send an Option C.

3. Whether you wait for them to let you know, they return the application, or you just send it in now I can't answer. Perhaps someone else here has experience with this?

Thank you very much for your thoughts. I am so worried that my application may get returned as the parents class application will take much longer time. Dose anyone has similar experience of realizing sending inappropriate documents and send the correct one before the processing centre asks for it?
