Sponsoring my wife and her child for PR

Hello,

I am going to be sponsoring my wife and her son for PR. I am wondering if this application process can be done online. I made a GCKey account for her but I don't see any option for this type of application. I see options for visitor visa, work permit, and express entry only.

I would like to know where do I start this thing?

You can't do it online. You pay the fees online, but the actual application package has to be mailed in.
