Good day, I just would like to ask this question. I'm planning to sponsor my husband, he lives in the Philippines and for now he is in the military there. I am thinking if it will affect or delay the processing if i will sponsor him while he is in the military. Before i send the application papers I would like to make sure this will not delay the processing being in the military. He will end his term soon, so i am thinking to wait until he gets out from the military and be a civilian and then I will start the application process. Will it be easier this way? Thank you in advance for your answers/advice. :)

It will not matter if you sponsor him while he is in the military or after he has left. As long as his term is not for much longer, that is - if for example he still had two years left to serve, wait until there is a year or less for him to serve.
In both cases, he will have to say on the forms that he served in the military.

My husband almost 7 months still background in progress. My husband is in police in India applied in January 2023. Really long wait what should i do ?

That is a common length for general applications. May have nothing to do with being in the police.

Its Sowp application processing time is 8 weeks from India as my spouse is in India. Because of govt job in police they are taking too long
