Hello Everyone :)
....Can you please help me or give some information about planning of sponsoring my wife and son to come and live with me here in canada.......: year 2010 she applied her working permit in canadian embassy in hongkong and her application was refused because she is overstaying and not lawfully admited as working visa holder in that country coz year 2007 she entered hongkong as tourist sponsored my her hongkong citizen brother in law and she did not come back in our home country until now, this coming June she decided to go back in our home country to be with my son who currently live with her mother ....

last 3 months i promoted as supervisor here in Red Deer and already recieved my working permit last week i am planning to take my wife and our son but i dont know how to start ... i dont have any idea when i can be able to start processing their papers, did her status in hongkong as overstaying will effect our application

i really want to them to live with me here in canada i really miss them so much its been 3 years when the last time i kiss and hug them please advice me about some pointers and guide ...i will appreciate any help

respectfully yours
clark :)

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
did her status in hongkong as overstaying will effect our application
It will. Especially because you are not a landed immigrant in Canad but only on WP. The history of immigration law obedience is VERY important for CIC.

to take my wife and our son but i dont know how to start ... i dont have any idea when i can be able to start processing their papers,
How old is your son? If he a school age? Then he needs to apply for study permit. And your wife-- for a visitor visa (and here, you see, they will look at her visitor visa to Hong Kong and that she overstayed there) :'(.

Hi clark14,
I suggest you to contact a good immigration lawyer and explain your case for a better resolution. They might have seen many cases like yours and might have some solution. All the very best.
