Sponsoring my husband - Permanent Visa

Hi Everyone,

I just have a few questions I’m hoping someone can help me with. I’m a Canadian citizen living in the UK and are planning on sponsoring my husband who is British.

1) Do I sponsor him on the a Family Class visa?

2) Do I submit my part first and then if I’m accepted does he then send his part?

3) Do you send it in the mail or online?

1. Yes, more precisely it would be family class 1, or spousal sponsorship.
2. No, you have to submit all the requested documents that they ask to be given upfront.
3. You can only apply on paper and send the application via mail, or courier.
