I need help with my situation if anyone can help me..

i moved out of canada when i was in high school and i was under 18.. i couldn't go back to canada for some family reasons.. so i stayed in Jordan and i studied university over there.. after i finished university i met my husband and we got engaged we had a party and then we got married .. im pregnent now and in 1 month i'll be giving birth...i wanted to give birth in canada but i couldnt because i dont have a medical insurance since i didn't renew it and i cant afford paying for the the birth. i have nothing in canada, im now outside canada, i live in Saudi Arabia, i dont work and i dont pay taxes because i dont know if i should pay tax, and im trying to sponsor my husband because i want to live in canada , im having hard time living in saudi arabia :( and i cant leave my husband and go without him :'(, and i have a baby and i dont want him to live without his father and i really miss canada and i want to go there. WHat should i do and if i sponsor my husband will they reject it since i havent been there for soo long, or because i dont work and have noo income. im really so depressed and i want to apply but im afraid they'll reject it.. anyone can help me with this situation???

some additional information about my situation
im planning to work when i go there.. something like baby sitting, or helping my neighbors.
for the financial support i can support him even though he is rich and he can support his family (me and my baby) financially.

please i need help as soon as possible

What was your status when you left Canada? Were you a Citizen or a PR?

So you still are a Canadian Citizen. Yes, you can sponsor him and your baby! You will have to prove you have plans to settle in Canada once you get the visa.

Some people have used proof such as job offers and rental agreements. Draw out a plan of how you intend to settle there and how your husband intends to find work. I think the toughest part like you said before is that you're not the main bread winner - even though there's no income requirement for sponsoring your spouse I guess you will have to prove how your family intends to support yourselves.

If you are a citizen, you have access to the health care system!

She could have the baby in Canada! Is there a minimum income requirement to sponsor a child?

Sure - she would have access to health care. But not right away. Since she's let her health coverage lapse - she would have to return to Canada and live here for three months before getting her health care coverage restored. During those three months, she would have to pay for any medical costs out of her own pocket.

Her baby is due in a month. So it's too late to get coverage and also likely too late to board a plane.

She doesn't need to sponsor the child. Her child will be a citizen at birth since she is a citizen.

I think although they will question it they can't reject it on that basis. There's not supposed to be a minimum income requirement for sponsoring your spouse. (Not sure about Quebec) The reason they would reject is if they didn't believe you intended to settle in Canada once you got the visa. A big question will be how do you plan to support yourselves once in Canada, especially since you will be legally responsible as the sponsor for your husband not being on social assistance. I guess you will have to show all your assets and really get a good plan for his work and for your work - even if you do not intend to work that much. Most people who are living outside of Canada when they sponsor their spouse put together a really detailed plan for their future with evidence supporting that they have a solid plan for moving to Canada. For example you talked about babysitting.. maybe you could make a plan to open a small daycare in your home or something like that. Your husband could apply for jobs, you could research the city you want to live in and look into a lease on a place.

I'm not sure what a co-signer is, maybe one of the more experienced members can help.

You cannot have a co-signer with a spousal application so just ignore that part or put N/A
