Sponsoring mother in visit visa

Hi All
I would like to inquire what are the reasons(will be accepted by Immigration Canada) I can mention in the application to apply for my mother's visit visa. She is old, unemployed, no properties, no bank account or balance to prove that she will return to Bangladesh. My Dad passed away recently,I would like to bring her in visit visa to spend some time with me. Kindly suggest me to make the application with valid reason for her visit and also prove that she will return after her visit.
I live with my family with two kids, working full time. I can able to prove with documents to support her financially during her stay in Canada.

From what you describe, she is unlikely to get a TRV.
The things you say that she does not have, they are the things she needs.
Obviously you are aware that it is not about the fact you can support her, she has to prove she will leave Canada.

Others here may suggest another path.

I have to concur. As it stands she has zero chance of getting a visitor visa for canada.
