we recieved a letter on september 9, 2013 that the application has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for porcessing, and also gave me this note below. any idea as to how much more time it will take?

Join us here. There are a bunch of us that applied in Beirut and had our files transferred to CPP-O.
Some of us even had our files transferred back to Beirut for some reason.
