hi..

i nid sum help and advice... im an immigrant here in canada..when i arrived here,i found out that i am pregnant. im about to give birth this month..now im planning to sponsor my bf..is it possible? i dont know how to assess my case..

what would i do? do i have to go home to our country and marry my bf first and go back here in canada before i could sponsor him?

Unless you had lived together for more than one year by the time you came here you'd have to get married. Getting married gives you a stronger case, though.

u can marry and then apply either outland either inland. inland takes much longer. for ur case with a baby i would choose inland so ur bf / husband could stay with u and help u. but he wouldnt be able to leave the country till the end of process.

or if u lived together for a year or longer and u can prove it, then u can apply as common-law/conjugal partners.
