Im trying to sponsor my wife for PR and those are the documents im providing to:
1 prove that i will be going back to canada and,
2 to prove i am eligible

Iam currently working as a faculty member in Libya and as a part time engineer in an engineering firm, i lived in Canada from 2009 to end of 2011,
i received a PhD scholarship from Libya to cover livings and tuition for both me and my wife,
documents:

1 Canadian Passport + birth Certificate
2 letter from university and firm certifying i am an employee
3 letter of financial support from the libyan government ( the scholarship letter)
4 bank history in Libya (1 year long)
5 letter of admission from university of Waterloo for PhD for september 2014.
6 e-mails print out showing that im requesting a deferral of my admission to may 2015 ( with my supervisor and gradstudies office at UW)
7 all required forms
8 not providing option -c but provided a letter indicating that i couldnt get option-c outland and i never received welfare and was a graduate student during my stay in canada

please let me know as im planning to send my application in tomorrow

the sponsor's application AND the applicants application are to be mailed TOGETHER in the same envelop. Not doing so will have your application deemed "incomplete" and mailed back to you. I don't see anything listed for the applicant, only the sponsor. Make sure to combine both applications before sending!

Yes they must be together, I printed off both checklists and sent them as well ( I'm the applicant). In fact I used the checklists to separate the sponsor part from mine. Make sure you have everything signed, dated etc. I had trouble and a long wait after I had a missing document and signature. I put the sponsor stuff on top since they look at that first.

im sending everything together like you said however this post is about my sponsoring files only to make sure everything will be fine ....


Do you think the files i provided are enough or do you suggest i add something else?

you should be fine. It looks like everything from the checklist. Follow the checklist to a t and you'll be fine.
