I have income from scholarships, so my income is shown on T4A, not T4. I was wondering if I can sponsor my parents with T4A income? Or it has to be taxable (T4)? Thanks.

What you need to send them is your notice of assessment. T4a amounts are not included in line 150 of the notice of assessment so highly doubt you can use it to prove you can support your parents. Besides, how much longer will you be a student for?
