Hi,

I am PNP nominee from MB. I got PR in Jan 2009 but immediately went back to my home country as economic situation was bad at that time. I came to Canada in Aug 2011 and stayed in MB for 4 months. I tried very hard but did not find appropriate job (except a part time job which was not enough to sponsor my daughter who was born in my home country after I got PR).

I moved to Alberta as I got better job here. I want to sponsor my child as early as possible. So I am wondering if it will create a problem as I did not stay into the province that nominated me? Do anyone know about this? I stayed in MB for 4-5 months but moved only because I did not find the opportunity and I seriously gave a shot of settling in that province. Do I need to mention in application why I moved to AB or this is understood from the content of my application.

Leon PLEASE HELP. NEED your urgent help
