Sponsoring conjugal partner

Hello,
I am looking for some answers and a response is highly appreciated.
I am currently here at Canada, I arrived last May 2015 along with my 3 children. My partner and 3 children are Canadian citizens. My partner was divorced recently with his wife, now he wants to sponsor me. I am separated to my husband for more than 16 years but still the marriage bond was not annulled and my partner and I were together for 15 years . The thing is, I am married in the Philippines, and there is no divorce in the Philippines.
My question is, what is the easiest way of sponsoring a partner? Could it be an option/possible if we get married here in Canada?

You can't get married unless you have an official divorce/anulment.

Else if you've lived together with your partner for at least 1 year, you can apply for PR as common-law partner. With common-law sponsorship, it doesn't matter if you are still married on paper to someone else as long as you're separated from that person.
