Presently i am living in Quebec, Canada. i am Canadian citizen. I need some help regarding sponsoring my partner. I got married last month in India. I am confused, where to start ? Where i have to submit application Federal or Quebec and how ? I ll really appreciate your help. Thanks in Advance.

I know from experience that reading the Québec information makes things REALLY confusing. There's only one part that's very different for Québec. Start with a normal outland sponsorship and PR application. Find and refer to the country-specific guide for India. The sponsor part (you) and the principal applicant (your wife) part both need completed, and then you send them in together. CIC will instruct you when to request the CSQ (certificat de séléction de Québec, the extra step for those living in this province) from Québec's immigration ministry, MICC.
