Sponsoring a spouse from Sri Lanka

Does anyone know the average time it takes to sponsor your spouse from Sri Lanka once the application´s trasfered to the Canadin High Commission in Sri Lanka?
Any direction in this matter will be most appreiciated.

Not many applications go through there. The processing times for Colombo are 6-14 months.

I guess you're looking at half a year minimum.
