Sponsoring a sibling

My brother is settled in Canada and He has sponsored mom and dad as well. I m his sister of age 31 why I can not be sponsored. Is there any way for me to get PR on his behalf except EXpress entry and study visa.

Unfortunately no. You have to qualify on your own. You are no longer considered a dependent because of your age and the Canadian government expects that you are already independent and able to provide for yourself. You can check out other economic streams though. FSW or Provincial Nominee.
